This Build & Lift class is a dynamic full body Strength circuit, designed to build muscle and physical strength. Expect a high impact feel with classic strength exercises, taking on challenges against the clock. Today's Max Out Circuit is focused on working till failure: a strength methodology which helps you strive for your maximum speed, maximum rep count and mostly— maximum effort. We'll be working in three sections: lower body, upper body and core. Get ready for a challenging hour!
