The 14 Day Challenge to sculpt, tone and feel unstoppable.
The Sculpt & Tone Challenge is fun, fierce and efficient. Here's how it works:
Finish 3 to 5 workouts in 7 days, for 14 days in a row.
In week one we'll be focusing on sculpting the lower body. In week two we focus on toning the upper body.

How can I join?
It's easy! Pick and choose your favorite workouts (a minimum of 3, a maximum of 5) from our selected Sculpt & Tone series and commit to your challenge.
Here's my personal tips to stay committed:
- Make sure to plan your workouts ahead for each week.
- Know why you're in it: before starting the challenge, write down your WHY: why are you joining the challenge? what do you want to achieve in these 14 days? how do you desire to feel energetically during and after the challenge?

  • Booty, Hips & Thighs Burn || 25min

    Episode 1

    This 25 minute workout is focused on sculpting and toning your glutes, hips & thighs. Prepare for a playful, intense burn!

    Equipment:

  • Fiery Glutes — Sculpt || 15min

    Episode 2

    Who said 15 minutes can't do the work? Tune in for a fierce lower body burn!
    Expect classic sculpt exercises and playful beats.

    - Ankle Weights (optional)

  • Uplifting Booty Burn || 16min

    Episode 3

    Tune in for a playful booty burn workout—toning and lifting the glute muscles. This workout is designed for on the go: little time, little space and little to no equipment.

  • Fierce Abs + Booty Flow || 26min

    Episode 4

    This upbeat Pilates & sculpt workout helps strengthen and define your abs, while toning and sculpting the lower body. Expect a playful sequence that will make you break a sweat in no time! Stick around for a short post-class meditation and stretch.

  • Legs & Lines — Ultimate Burn || 21min

    Episode 5

    This lower body express series is focused on sculpting and toning your hips, thighs and obliques. Expect classic sculpt exercises spiced up with the use of a resistance band. Prepare for a spicy burn!
