    This Build & Lift class is a dynamic full body Strength circuit, designed to build muscle and physical strength. Expect a high impact feel with classic strength exercises, taking on challenges against the clock.

  • Booty Build — Fired Up || 20min

    Build and tone your glute muscles with this 20 minute upbeat express workout. The variety of standing- and floor exercises and the use of equipment will challenge you to level up. Quick, challenging & efficient.

  • Full Body Stretch — Lengthen & Unwind || 15min

    Lengthen and unwind with this 15 minute full body stretch, taking care of your body and recovery process.

    This 30 minute upper body Build & Lift class is designed to build strength, in body and mind. Expect a high impact feel with classic strength exercises, taking on challenges against the clock. Focus: arms, shoulders, back.
