Officially, it is day 14 of the Summer Challenge, and I’m hopping on here to let you know that I’m incredibly proud of you. I’m proud of you for signing up, for trying something new, and for choosing yourself—whether that means rolling out your mat today or taking the break you deserve. We often forget that all these little steps are wins too. I’m here to remind you to acknowledge these steps, not just the results.
With all the information and guidance available out there, we should never forget to ask ourselves: what works for me? I am a huge fan of tweaking my workout schedule to fit my personal needs. My hormonal cycle, the busyness of my week, social activities, and more all play a part in mapping out my workouts. Here’s one thing that will make your life easier: planning ahead.
