It’s time to embody your most powerful self, and celebrate every inch of you. It’s time for Strength Season —the Festival edition. Join Elevate’s 10-Day Strength Season challenge from home, where we bring together strength, sculpt, dance and joy. Ten days worth of workouts, together with your favourite festival music themes! Sing a long, stamp your feet, sneak in a dance-break (or two)—all while getting in your workout. 

Feel-Good Focus:
Each Strength Season class is designed to boost your energy and motivation, while strengthening body and sculpting your posture.

How does it work:
- Join on your terms (tune in anytime, anywhere) and take what you need (at your own pace).
- Download the challenge schedule and follow the day-to-day guidance.
- Need extra rest days? Feel free to build in your own rest days, or follow the level guide recommendations below.
*Important: the recommendations below are simply guidelines. We encourage you to listen to your body at all times, with a compassionate approach. *Take what you need* is the attitude for all our classes.

Level Guidance & Recommendation:
- Beginners: finish the challenge in 15 days and incorporate extra rest days after 2 workout days. Example: day 1 workout, day 2 workout, day 3 rest day (repeat cycle).
- Intermediate option: finish the challenge in 12 days and add 2 extra rest days where needed.
- Advanced: finish the challenge in 10 days and follow the challenge schedule.

Equipment — You'll need:
- a mat
- weights (a choice of light, medium, heavy weights — or several options to spice up the challenge)
- optional: resistance band
