Below you'll find workout guides designed for 3 different levels: beginners, intermediate, advanced.

Rest & Recovery:
To find the right balance between flexibility and commitment while on the go, it can be helpful to schedule your workouts in advance.     Little space— lots of sweat. Tune in for a full body Tabata workout, boosting your endurance. The ultimate sweat & burn session for on the go— with no equipment, little time and little space. How much can you sweat in twenty minutes? No equipment needed— optional: mat.

  • Fierce Abs Circuit || 10min

    A quick and fierce abs circuit, designed to build strength.
    Five challenging exercises, repeated in two sets.
